Both the city of Chicago and the expanse of blues music have had an enormous influence on my artwork of late. The purpose of this piece was to show the history of chicago and the ongoing traditions of blues music. After visiting Chicago nearly every week, I've wanted to create a piece of artwork to convey the detail and overwhelming architecture of the city.
